No! Dirty4 works without requiring an account. All your preferences, starred items, and search history are stored locally in your browser. This means better privacy and faster performance.

Simply go to the Gallery App and start exploring! You can:

• Browse the main feed for popular artwork
• Use the search bar to find specific content
• Click on tags to discover related artwork
• Star items to save them to your favorites

Yes! Dirty4 is completely free. We display ads through Google AdSense to support development and hosting costs, but all features are available to everyone at no charge.

Use the search bar at the top of the gallery. You can search by:

• Tags: Enter keywords like "anime girl" or "cyberpunk"
• Multiple tags: Combine tags with spaces: anime landscape sunset
• Specific characters: Search character names directly

Tags are keywords that describe artwork. They can include:

• Characters: Character names and franchises
• Styles: Anime, manga, realistic, chibi, etc.
• Elements: Objects, settings, actions in the image
• Artists: Creator names
• Meta tags: Quality, resolution, aspect ratio

Use these operators for precise searches:

• tag1 tag2 - Images with BOTH tags (AND)
• ~tag1 ~tag2 - Images with EITHER tag (OR)
• -tag - Exclude images with this tag (NOT)
• tag* - Wildcard matching (finds tag, tags, tagging, etc.)

Example: anime girl -blonde finds anime girls without blonde hair.

Click the star icon on any image to add it to your favorites. Starred items are saved locally in your browser and accessible through the "Starred" tab. Your favorites persist across sessions until you clear your browser data.

Yes! Click on an image to view it full-size, then use the download button. Images are sourced from public repositories like Danbooru and Safebooru. Please respect copyright and use downloaded images responsibly.

Yes! Dirty4 is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can install it to your home screen:

• iOS: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen
• Android: Chrome → Menu → Install App
• Desktop: Look for the install button in your browser's address bar

Installed apps work offline and provide a native app-like experience!

• Tap: View full-size image
• Long press: Quick actions menu
• Pinch to zoom: Zoom in on details

• Cleared your browser data/cookies
• Used incognito/private mode

• Update your browser to the latest version
• Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)
• Check if your device has sufficient RAM available
• Reduce image quality in settings (if available)

We collect minimal data:

• Local Storage: Preferences, starred items, search history (stored on YOUR device)
• Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics to improve the platform
• Cookies: For functionality and advertising (via Google AdSense)

No. Your browsing history, starred items, and preferences are stored locally in your browser. We cannot see them, and they're never transmitted to our servers. Only you have access to this data on your device.

Since data is stored locally:

• Clear your browser cache and cookies
• Use your browser's "Clear browsing data" feature
• Select "All time" for the time range
• Ensure "Cookies and site data" is checked

This will remove all Dirty4 data from your device.
